About Me:

Outside of work, you'll usually find me outside — hiking, biking, kayaking, or skiing, depending on the season. Being in the natural world is where I recharge, and it's part of what lets me show up fully present with my clients. When I'm not outdoors, I'm probably reading; I'm a lifelong learner who's always exploring new research and practices to bring back to my work.

Treatment Orientation & Philosophy:

My work is integrative, drawing from Positive Psychology, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Humanistic and Existential frameworks. I see our work together as a partnership of discovery, and I try to bring both structure and flexibility, so we can move at a pace that fits your life.

My aim is to support you as you navigate anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relational concerns, existential and spiritual questions, and/or life transitions — especially when things feel “stuck,” overwhelming, or like you're running on empty. I bring a coach-approach lens into this work as well, helping you not only process what's hard, but design what's next and develop a strong sense of yourself along the way — whether that's a career pivot, a season of “leveling up,” or simply building a more intentional, balanced life. I also have a particular focus on health and wellness coaching, supporting you through the stress that comes with managing a personal or family health condition. As a cancer survivor myself, I'm especially passionate about supporting people at any point in a health diagnosis, treatment, or recovery journey.

I believe healing and change are an organic process — one that takes patience, time, and honest effort. I believe being truly seen and heard is where real change begins, and I'd be honored to help create that space with you. As the poet Mary Oliver asked, “what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” I'd love to help you find out.
