About Me:
I’ve worked in the behavioral health field for over ten years, and during that time I’ve had the privilege of serving in a variety of roles. Some of my most meaningful work has been in treatment centers supporting individuals navigating addiction and walking alongside people who have been historically disadvantaged. I’ve also spent many years coaching youth and volunteering within my church—first in women’s ministries and now with college and young adults. I genuinely enjoy working with people of all ages and stages of life.
Outside of my professional world, I love spending time with my family. You can often find us hiking, traveling, volunteering, gardening, or gathering with friends and extended family. These moments keep me grounded and remind me why I’m passionate about helping others build lives filled with connection, resilience, and hope.
Treatment Orientation & Philosophy:
My goal is to create a space that feels warm, safe, and genuinely accepting. I know seeking therapy can feel like a big step, and I approach each person’s story with respect and openness. I believe we all have an innate capacity to grow and heal, and I take a holistic approach that honors the connection between our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well‑being.
I help clients notice unhelpful patterns, strengthen their inner resources, and build practical skills for navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and major life transitions. I especially enjoy supporting teens and adults as they explore identity, deepen self‑understanding, and move through meaningful shifts in their lives.
Authenticity, compassion, and a touch of humor guide my work. I see therapy as a collaborative process—working together to set meaningful goals and move toward greater balance, clarity, and connection.
