About Me:

I was born and raised in Oregon, and have lived in various parts of the state. I enjoy spending time with my cats, my significant other, and engaging in anything outdoors related. I also pride myself on being a foodie and love all things with spice! Mental illness and substance use are issues that have affected my family generationally, and I believe that I have a well rounded understanding of how it can affect an individual, as well as how one can grow and evolve. I firmly believe we all have the ability to grow and change as people, regardless of the trauma we have been through.

Treatment Orientation & Philosophy:

I enjoy working with young adults and adults, as well as LGBTQ+ individuals. I believe that if you are seeking therapy, you are motivated and willing to work on yourself however that shows up in session. I believe it is important to meet the individual where they are at, and tailor one's individual needs in order to facilitate that desired growth.

My role as the therapist is to provide and follow a person-centered approach, as well as making sure treatment is a collaborative process. I hope to create a safe, empathetic environment in order to explore one's feelings, emotions, behaviors, and thought patterns.
