About Me:
I am originally from the east coast and have been living on the west coast for about 5 years. I am new to Oregon and Eugene. I have over 10 years of experience working in the social services field and have served individuals with a wide variety of concerns including substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, grief and loss, family issues, anxiety, depression, severe and persistent mental illness, marital/relationship issues and significant life changes. I have also worked with individuals with a history of physical and emotional trauma.

Treatment Philosophy:
I like to use a client centered approach to meet my clients where they are and to help them feel safe and supported. I use a variety of therapeutic interventions in sessions and believe that each individuals problems are their own and not all therapeutic interventions work for everyone. I like to tailor my therapeutic approach to meet each individuals needs. I want my clients to feel heard and empowered and encourage them to use their voice.
