About Me:
Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy playing hockey, making music, spending time outdoors, and sharing life with my wife and our two Goldendoodles. I believe a meaningful life is often found in strong relationships, lifelong learning, and the quiet rhythms of everyday life.
Treatment Orientation & Philosophy:
I believe every person carries a story that is uniquely their own, shaped by relationships, experiences, challenges, and the values that give life meaning. Therapy begins by taking the time to understand that story with genuine curiosity, compassion, and respect.
My approach is relational, integrative, and strengths-based. I believe people are more than the challenges they face and possess resilience, insight, and the capacity for meaningful growth. I strive to understand each person as a whole and draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to support their unique needs, values, and goals.
I believe healing happens through authentic human connection. I seek to create a space where people feel heard, understood, and accepted as they make sense of life’s challenges and move toward a life that feels more connected, meaningful, and genuinely their own.
