Our client services associates provide one of the first experiences potential clientele have. With this in mind, the ideal candidate will hold personal characteristics that are warm, connective, and confident. They will also have excellent attention to detail, the ability to organize data in electronic systems, and the ability to connect professionally with members of the community and the team at GAAP.

Client Services Associates work to make both client and staff experiences positive. Their job responsibilities include:

  • Monitor & respond to communications via email, fax, text, and calls.

  • New client setup which includes: gathering necessary demographic and clinical information, completing insurance benefits checks, scheduling 1st appointments, and communication with practitioners regarding new clients.

  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks as needed.

  • Communicate with and perform tasks requested by GAAP practitioners.

  • Community outreach to create awareness of current & new resources.

  • Effectively communicate billing/insurance information to prospective clients.

  • Effectively communicate with insurance companies.

  • Ensure patient rights and confidentiality.

  • Document all communications within the EHR (Electronic Health Record) and other in-house tools.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Ability to connect with a diverse group of colleagues and clientele

  • Ability to create a sense of calm when faced with someone in distress

  • Self-motivated, working well independently, yet seeking guidance when appropriate

  • Proficiency in Google Drive, Microsoft Office tools, telephones, and EHR systems

  • Attention to detail and organization of data that flows into the practice throughout the day

 

Additional Requirements:

  • 1 Year Health Office Experience in billing or client services *Experience in mental health care is a plus

  • Ability to work for a total of approximately 25 hours per week.

  • Strong cell phone reception where remote work will take place

  • Quiet professional setting that is free from the possibility of interruption

  • Secure setting to maintain confidentiality of our clientele

  • No other obligations during work day

 

Schedule, Benefit, & Pay Information

We are seeking someone to work Monday-Thursday during normal business hours 20-25 hours per week. Part-time employees have access to Sick Leave and a 401K with employer matching. Pay is dependent upon experience and training and ranges from $16-20 per hour

Calling all Positive, Authentic, & Skilled Masters+ Level Practitioners! Part-Time & Full-Time Positions Available at Griffin & Associated Practitioners in Eugene & Bend Oregon. Associate level Oregon practitioners will be considered.

You will be practicing with a team of compassionate practitioners who stand for wellness and intentional authentic living. Our practice serves a variety of clientele, but our best fits are clients who are ready for change and actively engaged in the healing and the therapeutic process. Practitioners provide services remotely either onsite or at an approved home office setting and In-person.

  • At least 1 year of mental health treatment experience that includes considerable time spent directly counseling individuals, families, and/or in groups

 

Responsibilities

  • Work to improve the behavioral health, well-being, and quality of life of individuals served.

  • Maintain clinician licensing/certification & liability insurance.

  • Make copies, send faxes, and occasionally assist a client in completing forms

  • Conduct assessments, treatment planning, records management, and other administrative or clinical responsibilities related to supporting your caseload

  • Respond in a timely manner to team communications and requests

  • Must be able to pass criminal background & substance checks.

 

Schedule, Benefit, & Pay Information

You will have some flexibility regarding your schedule creation. A high need time is Afternoons & Evenings. However, this is not a requirement. *Full-Time Employees have access to an expansive Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance plan. Access to No-Show protections, Holiday pay, 401K with matching, Life Insurance Policy, EAP, Training Reimbursement, and Self-Care Reimbursement. Income is above industry averages and starting income at our practices averages between $80,000-$130,000 per year and is dependent upon degree, experience, clinical hours worked, & specialty training.
