Treatment Orientation & Philosophy:
I think of therapy as a collaborative process in which we figure out together what changes are possible and how we can make sustainable progress to achieve them. I use Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies to provide concrete skills and tools. I believe we are more adaptable than we give ourselves credit for.
