About Me:
Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors, tackling DIY projects, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally. I believe some of life's greatest gifts are found in authentic relationships, lifelong learning, and the everyday moments that remind us we are connected to something greater than ourselves
Treatment Orientation & Philosophy:
I believe every person has inherent worth and possesses the capacity for healing, growth, and meaningful change. Many of the ways we cope with life's challenges began as creative and adaptive responses to difficult experiences. Rather than asking, "What's wrong with you?" I believe it's often more helpful to ask, "What has shaped you?" and "How do you want to move forward?"
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed. I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-based interventions, and strengths-based practices to meet each client's unique needs. Together, we work to better understand patterns that may no longer be serving you, process painful experiences, strengthen relationships, and move toward a life that reflects your values and hopes for the future.
I believe healing begins when people experience safety, connection, and the freedom to be fully themselves. My goal is to provide a therapeutic relationship where you feel seen without judgment, understood with compassion, and empowered to reconnect with the strengths and resilience that have been within you all along.
