About Me:

I am avid equestrian and dog lover. I love hiking, passionate about photography, travel and exploring Oregon and beyond. My alma mater, University of Oregon, will always have a very special place in my heart. I love fall time in Eugene, with bright colors, rain, rainbows, and ever-changing weather.

As a clinician, I love helping others navigate creating an identity that embraces their multiple cultures and experiences. My birthplace was Russia, and I am fluent in Russian & English. I moved to the US in 2009 and recognize the beauty and difficulty found in the immigrant experience.

Treatment Orientation & Philosophy:

I believe all human beings have access to internal resources to create fulfilling lives and relationships. We all experience moments when we are stuck and at times need help identifying patterns and removing barriers that are no longer serving us in creating this. I would love to be that support as you work to find your answers. Within our work together I will provide a supportive & non-judgmental environment to explore your concerns. We will work together in helping you create lasting change.

I believe in power of authenticity as a therapist and in the healing power of shared experiences in safe therapeutic settings. In this healing process I use a systemic experiential approach. For my work with couples I use the research-based modalities of Gottman method and Emotional Focused Therapy. These modalities offer tools to support positive interactions and create safe fulfilling relationships between partners.
