About Me:
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and I love sharing a meal or some laughs. You can find me playing softball, practicing yoga, hiking, crocheting, and taking care of my plants.
Treatment Orientation & Philosophy:
My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I typically work with individuals and families between the ages of 7-65. I work with clients in-person, with the rare occasion meeting via Telehealth. My approach to therapy includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems Theory.

With willingness, therapy can be a transformative experience. It takes courage to seek help and make changes, and finding out where to begin can be overwhelming. I work with clients at their pace to help identify and reconnect with the things most important to them. I find it most effective to focus on an individual’s strengths in order to gain more insight into the areas that may be causing distress. One of the many benefits of therapy is self- awareness on a deeper level which can help clients improve the relationships between themselves and others.
