About Me:
I am an Oregonian who has a passion for helping others and building meaningful relationships. I love to spend my time with my son, husband, and our dog, and I love exploring new places. When I am not working, you will find me walking, watching hummingbirds with my son on our back porch, baking, and drawing.
Treatment Orientation & Philosophy:
My treatment orientation is dedicated to helping people process and work through obstacles while developing healthy, productive, and fulfilling lives. I offer supportive, confidential, and individually tailored treatment for adults and teenagers. I have an eclectic approach to therapy in which I combine different methods such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, and client-centered therapy. I treat trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, pregnancy and postpartum experiences, body image issues, ADHD, and eating disorders. I am committed to helping you receive the best treatment possible.
