About Me:
Working with me is like having someone who really gets you and is always "in your corner". As your therapist I promise to laugh with you, support you, and push you (as needed and only when you're ready). I'll guide you through the tough conversations, and help you process difficult emotions and past traumas. You'll leave your sessions feeling seen and understood, with a fresh perspective and new skills in hand to implement in your life and relationships.

meaning together, and that our experiences as we move through our life inevitably shape how we perceive the world.
I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative partnership, with me learning from my clients and accepting their experiences as valid, while also offering my own insights and expertise. Rather than trying to “fix” clients, I see my role as a therapist to support clients in successfully navigating the challenges and struggles in their lives and relationships, and helping them to identify and change the patterns they are in that are no longer working for
them.
