About Me:

When I am not working, I enjoy anything outside - from trail running, to hiking, to walks with my dog. I’m a family person and can often be found near a lake with my family enjoying the sunshine. I also love anything art related, from drawing to music, and am always excited to learn more.

Treatment Orientation & Philosophy:

In my treatment, I mostly rely on CBT, IFS, Art, and EMDR. I believe that healing happens as a team. My client knows what they need to heal, and I am there to help guide them through their process and facilitate their progress. When our system is out of balance, it is seeking for re-stabilization. Therapy’s purpose is to help clients find balance that works for them to enjoy their life and accomplish their goals.

Humans are meant for relationship and community with each other, which is why we often need others for complete healing. Humans are also happier and healthier when they are active and outside regularly, and our society has forgotten how important it is to be still and be outside. Often if we are able to reconnect with others and the outdoors, we will begin to heal.
