About Me:

Originally from Philadelphia, PA, I have accrued a wide range of counseling experience - working in both outpatient facilities and partial hospitalization settings. I completed my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Temple University in 2019. In my free time, I like to go skateboarding/snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, and being a part of the local music scene.

Treatment Orientation & Philosophy:

I believe that collaboration between the client and the therapist is a crucial part of the therapeutic process. I draw from a variety of empirically supported treatments, primarily utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which replaces ineffective patterns of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with new constructive ones. My warm and compassionate style creates a space where clients can feel supported and heard, simultaneously providing incremental challenges to foster personal growth. I aim to help clients feel “unstuck” and begin to develop new coping skills and tools for change.
