About Me

I’m fairly new to Eugene after living in New York, San Francisco, and Texas. Prior to becoming a therapist, I spent over 10 years as a modern dance performer collaborating with various choreographers. I love that I have this part of me during the therapeutic process.

Treatment Philosophy

I believe that individuals have the ability to create change emotionally, physically,
and spiritually. The more one can be grounded and present within themselves, the more it allows for further self-growth, compassion, and inner strength. There’s value in what the therapeutic relationship can bring;healing, joy, and empowerment. I also understand the value of humor in helping us navigate our life experiences.

Insurance Accepted

In-Network: Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, Trillium OHP & Open-card, and Self-Pay. Also able to bill most other insurances as out-of-network.

Dance when you're broken open. Dance if you've torn the bandage off. Dance in the middle of the fighting. Dance in your blood. Dance when you're perfectly free.
