About Me
When I'm not helping clients, I am enjoying nature, going for walks, and spending time with loved ones.
Treatment Orientation & Philosophy
In our work together I use Person-centered, attachment-based, trauma-informed, and systemic perspectives.
I believe that the most important part of therapy is for a client to feel heard and understood-- never judged. I feel honored to create this space for others and love to see what beautiful things can come from vulnerability and letting go of shame. I believe that change cannot happen when shame exists. I am transparent and collaborative in my approach. My passion for helping people heal comes from my curiosity about how and why humans act, think, and feel the way they do.
*Specialty Training & Experience includes areas of focus and interest practitioners have obtained additional hours of training and experience in. Any specialties the practitioner has received certification in will appear under Education & Certification.
